It has two divisions Rodmatic Multico, specialising in volume production of components and Rodmatic Hytek producing more complex components in small batches.

Rodmatic Multico processes significant tonnages of mild and stainless steel, as well as brass, into finished components

Multico produce turned parts ranging in size from 10mm to 72 mm in diameter by up to 180mm long.

The company has developed a comprehensive tool design, manufacture and maintenance facility, running a highly effective combination of multi-spindle and CNC machines.

Multico's in-house tool making facility is equipped with the latest technology, including digital readout, tool and cutter producing equipment. We are able to produce all form and specialised tooling on site.

Multico has in excess of 40 years experience of manufacturing precision high volume turned parts for diverse market sectors, from hydraulic components and fittings to automotive parts and aerospace. Components can be manufactured in a variety of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and brass.
